Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with parchment liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas, then mix in melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin liners, filling them almost to the top.
  6. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
