Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with parchment liners.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas, then mix in melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly into the muffin liners, filling them almost to the top.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool slightly before serving.
