- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked fries
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine diced chicken, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken to the hot skillet and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with lemon juice to create the sauce.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
- Place spinach on each tortilla, add cooked chicken, and drizzle with the sauce.
- Wrap tightly and slice in half if desired.
- Serve immediately with cooked fries on the side.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the pan to keep the chicken crispy.
- Adjust lemon juice in the sauce for more tang if desired.
- Warm tortillas before assembling to prevent tearing.
- Cook chicken until just done to keep it juicy.
