Ingredients

Instructions

- Let it simmer for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Remove from heat and strain the liquid into a clean container.
- Stir in fresh lemon juice and allow the mixture to cool completely.
- To serve, pour the ginger syrup over ice and top with sparkling water.
