- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the salmon in the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side until golden, then remove and set aside.

- Stir in the orzo pasta, then pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cook the orzo for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
