Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix bread flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Divide dough into equal portions, shape into balls, fill each with mozzarella cheese, and form into bagel shapes.
  5. Place bagels on the prepared tray and bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown.
