- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle extra parmesan on top if desired.
- Roast for 8–10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Broil for 1–2 minutes to crisp the top.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
