Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle extra parmesan on top if desired.
  5. Roast for 8–10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Broil for 1–2 minutes to crisp the top.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
