- 12 oz spiral pasta
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup sausage slices
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the spiral pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, shrimp, and sausage slices, cooking until the shrimp turns pink and the sausage is lightly browned.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook briefly until slightly softened.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pesto sauce, and fresh basil leaves.
- Gently fold in the shrimp and sausage mixture along with the burrata cheese.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
