This Healthy Peri Peri Sauce is a spicy, zesty blend of red peppers, chili, garlic, and lemon that brings bold flavor to any dish. Perfect as a marinade, dip, or drizzle, and made with wholesome ingredients.

- 2 large red bell peppers, chopped
- 4–6 red chili peppers, whole
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F if roasting peppers. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine bell peppers, chili peppers, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, vinegar, and olive oil in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Adjust seasoning to taste. For less heat, add more roasted red pepper or lemon juice.
- Pour into a clean jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Roast bell peppers for extra smoky flavor.
- Wear gloves when handling chili peppers to avoid irritation.
- Let the sauce sit overnight for deeper flavor.
