Description

Ingredients

  • 200 grams curly noodles
  • 250 grams ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic to the beef and cook briefly until fragrant.
  5. Cook the noodles until just tender, then drain.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and stir gently.
  7. Add the cooked noodles and shredded cheese, then toss until creamy and well combined.
  8. Finish with sesame oil and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Reserve a bit of noodle water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
  • Do not overcook noodles to keep the best texture.
