- 250 grams ground beef
- 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add minced garlic to the beef and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Cook the noodles until just tender, then drain.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and stir gently.
- Add the cooked noodles and shredded cheese, then toss until creamy and well combined.
- Finish with sesame oil and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- Reserve a bit of noodle water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
- Do not overcook noodles to keep the best texture.
- Add cheese gradually for a smoother melt.
