Description

A rich and savory noodle dish featuring tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and thick Hokkien noodles coated in a flavorful garlic soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 400 grams Hokkien noodles
  • 300 grams chicken pieces
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or large pan over medium high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  3. Add oil to the pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
  5. Toss in red bell pepper and cabbage, cook until slightly softened.
  6. Add Hokkien noodles and pour in the sauce mixture.
  7. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
  8. Drizzle sesame oil, then sprinkle scallions and sesame seeds on top.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy.
