- 300 grams chicken pieces
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat a wok or large pan over medium high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Add oil to the pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
- Toss in red bell pepper and cabbage, cook until slightly softened.
- Add Hokkien noodles and pour in the sauce mixture.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
- Drizzle sesame oil, then sprinkle scallions and sesame seeds on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
