- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup red and green M&Ms
- 3 tablespoons holiday sprinkles
- ½ cup edible cookie dough bits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips, half the M&Ms, half the sprinkles, and cookie dough bits.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- Top with remaining M&Ms, sprinkles, and cookie dough bits.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and just set.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
