Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish or skillet.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, honey, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the corn kernels evenly.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Brush with extra melted butter and drizzle with honey while warm.
- Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
