Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium high heat.
