- 1.5 pounds chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken reaches 165°F internally and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use a wire rack on the baking sheet for crispier bites.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to retain juices.
