Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter: 120 grams, melted and slightly cooled
  • Dark Chocolate: 100 grams, chopped
  • Granulated Sugar: 150 grams
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • All-Purpose Flour: 90 grams
  • Cocoa Powder: 30 grams
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Kinder Bueno Bars: 3 pieces, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and dark chocolate together. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in the chocolate mixture.
  3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined. Fold in chopped Kinder Bueno pieces.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Let brownies cool completely in the pan before lifting and slicing.
