Ingredients
- Unsalted Butter: 120 grams, melted and slightly cooled
- Dark Chocolate: 100 grams, chopped
- Granulated Sugar: 150 grams
- Eggs: 2 large
- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
- All-Purpose Flour: 90 grams
- Cocoa Powder: 30 grams
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Kinder Bueno Bars: 3 pieces, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate together. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in the chocolate mixture.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined. Fold in chopped Kinder Bueno pieces.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let brownies cool completely in the pan before lifting and slicing.
- Serve and enjoy as a decadent treat with optional accompaniments like ice cream or berries.
