- 500 grams gnocchi
- 250 grams ground beef
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, gochujang, soy sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned and slightly crispy, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Boil gnocchi until they float, then transfer directly to the skillet.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
- Let the sauce thicken slightly, then top with sliced green onions.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Do not overcook the gnocchi, remove them as soon as they float.
- Use freshly shredded cheese for smoother melting.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Reheat with a splash of cream to maintain texture.
