Instructions

- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan before removing.
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice to form a smooth glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread.
- Slice and serve.
