Mango Mastani is a rich and creamy Indian dessert drink made with ripe mangoes, milk, vanilla ice cream, and crunchy toppings like pistachios and cherries. It’s the perfect tropical treat to beat the heat.

- 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
- 2 cherries or extra mango cubes, for garnish
Instructions
- Chill your serving glasses in the refrigerator.
- In a blender, combine chopped mangoes, milk, sugar, and one scoop of vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth.
- Remove glasses from the fridge and pour the mango shake into them, leaving space at the top.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of each glass.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and cherries or mango cubes.
- Serve immediately with a spoon and straw.
Notes
- Use Alphonso mangoes for the best flavor and color.
- Adjust sugar depending on the sweetness of your mangoes.
- Blend well to avoid fibrous texture.
- For added richness, drizzle condensed milk on top.
