Description

Mango Mastani is a rich and creamy Indian dessert drink made with ripe mangoes, milk, vanilla ice cream, and crunchy toppings like pistachios and cherries. It’s the perfect tropical treat to beat the heat.


Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • 2 cherries or extra mango cubes, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill your serving glasses in the refrigerator.
  2. In a blender, combine chopped mangoes, milk, sugar, and one scoop of vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth.
  3. Remove glasses from the fridge and pour the mango shake into them, leaving space at the top.
  4. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of each glass.
  5. Garnish with chopped pistachios and cherries or mango cubes.
  6. Serve immediately with a spoon and straw.

Notes

  • Use Alphonso mangoes for the best flavor and color.
  • Adjust sugar depending on the sweetness of your mangoes.
  • Blend well to avoid fibrous texture.
  • For added richness, drizzle condensed milk on top.
