Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F if baking the meatballs.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Roll mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place in the hot skillet.
