  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F if baking the meatballs.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Roll mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place in the hot skillet.
  5. Sear meatballs for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.
  6. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 10–15 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
