- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley. Mix until just combined.
- Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
