Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, instant yeast, and flour until a soft dough forms.
- Fold the mini chocolate chips evenly into the dough.
- Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each into a smooth ball.
- Arrange the dough balls on the prepared baking tray with space between them.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Allow the buns to cool slightly before serving warm.
