- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces mozzarella balls (ciliegine or bocconcini)
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Wooden skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- Rinse and dry cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Drain and pat dry mozzarella balls.
- Place tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in separate bowls for easy access.
- Take a skewer or toothpick and slide on a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball. Repeat if space allows.
- Continue until all ingredients are used.
- Arrange skewers on a platter.
- Drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use a squeeze bottle for neat glaze drizzling.
- Keep mozzarella chilled before assembling.
- Assemble just before serving for freshest look.
