- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup mini chocolate eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared tray, spacing evenly.
- Mix cornflakes with melted chocolate, then spoon the mixture on top of each cookie.
- Top with mini chocolate eggs.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are slightly soft.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- Do not overbake to keep cookies soft
- Add extra mini eggs after baking for decoration
