Description

Soft and chewy cookies topped with crispy chocolate-coated cornflakes and colorful mini chocolate eggs, offering the perfect balance of crunch and sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cornflakes
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup mini chocolate eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. Scoop dough onto the prepared tray, spacing evenly.
  6. Mix cornflakes with melted chocolate, then spoon the mixture on top of each cookie.
  7. Top with mini chocolate eggs.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are slightly soft.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
