- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the carrots in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the carrots on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25 minutes until tender and lightly caramelized.
- In a small saucepan gently warm the nduja with minced garlic and honey until the mixture loosens and becomes glossy.
- Toss the roasted carrots in the warm nduja mixture until fully coated.
- Spread the stracciatella onto a serving plate.
- Arrange the warm carrots over the stracciatella.
- Finish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
