- 500 g potatoes, peeled and diced

- 1 liter fish broth
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 30 g butter
- 15 g fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon allspice
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large soup pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent.
- Stir in the carrots and potatoes, coating them in the butter.
- Pour in the fish broth and add salt, black pepper, and allspice.
- Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for about 15 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
- Add the salmon chunks carefully to the pot.
- Lower the heat, stir in the heavy cream, and cook for 5 minutes until the salmon is just cooked through.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh dill, and serve with lemon wedges.
