- 12 ounces bowtie pasta
- 3 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add sliced onions and cook slowly for about 20 minutes until caramelized.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in vegetable broth and heavy cream, allow to simmer gently.
- Add cooked pasta, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese, stir until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle fresh parsley on top, and serve warm.
