- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 4 slices Sourdough or Texas Toast
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and the oven to 400°F.
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper; coat chicken breasts thoroughly.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in the skillet.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Mix remaining butter with minced garlic and spread onto bread slices.
- Toast bread in the oven or a separate pan until crispy and golden.
- Serve chicken alongside or on top of the garlic toast, garnished with parsley.
