Ingredients

  • 2 cups green peas
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley and mint
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix green peas, flour, parmesan cheese, eggs, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Lightly oil the pan to prevent sticking.
