- 200 grams udon noodles
- 200 grams thinly sliced beef
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat until very hot.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce and minced garlic.
- Add a bit of oil to the skillet and let it heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned, then push to one side and add noodles and corn.
- Pour the sauce over everything and toss gently while cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add butter and crack eggs on top, let them cook slightly.
- Mix everything together so the yolk coats the noodles, then top with green onions and black pepper and serve.
Notes
- Use high heat for the best sizzling effect.
- Do not overcook the egg to keep the yolk creamy.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste if needed.
