- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- In one bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks.
- Fry the chicken in small batches for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
