- ¼ cup cornflour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until hot enough for frying.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, mozzarella cheese, coriander, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Set up three separate bowls: one with flour, one with water, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Scoop a spoonful of the mixture, shape into balls. Dip each ball in flour, then in water, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the balls in hot oil in small batches, turning occasionally until golden and crispy.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
