Description

Crispy potato roll-ups filled with creamy herbed cheese and savory smoked salmon, baked until golden and irresistible.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 120 g smoked salmon, sliced
  • 150 g cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped chives, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Arrange the potato slices slightly overlapping on the parchment paper to form a rectangle, then brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the potatoes and layer the smoked salmon on top.
  5. Carefully roll the potatoes into a tight log and place seam side down.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use evenly sliced potatoes for consistent cooking.
  • Let the roll rest before slicing to keep clean layers.
  • Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
