Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped chives, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Arrange the potato slices slightly overlapping on the parchment paper to form a rectangle, then brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the potatoes and layer the smoked salmon on top.
- Carefully roll the potatoes into a tight log and place seam side down.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
