Instructions

- Gradually add water, a little at a time, until a soft dough forms.
- Lightly flour a work surface and divide the dough into small balls.
- Roll each ball into a thin circle.
- Place a tortilla in the hot pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until light brown spots appear.
- Remove from the pan and keep covered with a cloth to stay soft.
- Repeat with the remaining dough and serve warm.
