Description

Crispy, juicy air fryer chicken fajitas loaded with colorful bell peppers and onions, wrapped in warm flour tortillas for a quick, flavorful, and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 500 g raw chicken strips
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 190 C.
  2. Add the chicken strips, sliced bell peppers, and onion to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle in paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  5. Place the mixture into the air fryer basket in an even layer.
  6. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot inside warm flour tortillas.
