- 500 g raw chicken strips
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 6 medium flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 190 C.
- Add the chicken strips, sliced bell peppers, and onion to a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle in paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Place the mixture into the air fryer basket in an even layer.
- Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot inside warm flour tortillas.
