Ingredients
- Prepared crepes, 4 large
- Pizza sauce, 1 cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 cups
- Cooked chicken pieces, 1 cup
- Sliced black olives, 1/2 cup
- Red bell pepper, 1 medium, diced
- Fresh mushrooms, 1 cup, sliced
- Olive oil, 1 tablespoon
- Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mushrooms, red bell pepper, black olives, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Lay the crepes flat on the prepared baking tray.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over each crepe.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add the prepared chicken and vegetable mixture evenly on top.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, rest for 2 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
