- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil and cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse lightly with warm water.
- In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, brown sugar, and cornstarch slurry.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in sauce.
- Top with green onions and crushed peanuts.
