Description

Tender salmon fillets rolled with a creamy herb cheese filling and baked until flaky, rich, and comforting.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 150 g each, skinless)
  • 120 g cream cheese, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic, parsley, red bell pepper, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and lightly season with a pinch of salt.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
  5. Roll each fillet gently and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the rolls and bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier spreading.
  • Do not overfill the rolls to prevent leaking.
  • Let the salmon rest briefly after baking to keep it juicy.
