- 4 salmon fillets (about 150 g each, skinless)
- 120 g cream cheese, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.75 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic, parsley, red bell pepper, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and lightly season with a pinch of salt.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Roll each fillet gently and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the rolls and bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
- Let rest for 2 minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier spreading.
- Do not overfill the rolls to prevent leaking.
- Let the salmon rest briefly after baking to keep it juicy.
