- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a small bowl, toss diced apples with cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a third bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, and salt until crumbly.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust. Top evenly with the cinnamon apples, then sprinkle the crumble topping over everything.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set. Let cool completely.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Drizzle with salted caramel sauce just before slicing and serving.
