Description

Creamy cheesecake meets tender cinnamon apples and a buttery oat crumble, all drizzled with luscious salted caramel. These layered bars are a cozy, indulgent treat perfect for any season.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a small bowl, toss diced apples with cinnamon. Set aside.
  5. In a third bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, and salt until crumbly.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust. Top evenly with the cinnamon apples, then sprinkle the crumble topping over everything.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set. Let cool completely.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  9. Drizzle with salted caramel sauce just before slicing and serving.
