Description

A flavorful and easy sheet pan dinner featuring tender salmon glazed with sesame, soy, and ginger, paired with perfectly roasted broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well blended.
  3. Prepare a sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper and spread the broccoli evenly across it.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the sheet pan and spoon the glaze evenly over each piece.
  5. Roast in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.
