Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat until hot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the skillet and heat until shimmering.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until pink, then remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add garlic, onion, broccoli, bell peppers, and carrot, stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes until crisp tender.
  6. Return shrimp to the pan, pour in sauce, and stir until everything is coated and the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
