Description

Crispy smashed tacos with juicy seasoned beef, melted cheese, and fresh toppings, all brought together with a creamy tangy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium high heat until hot.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Lightly oil the skillet.
  4. Press a thin layer of seasoned beef onto one side of each tortilla.
  5. Place tortillas beef side down onto the skillet and cook until crispy, then flip and add cheese, cooking until melted.
  6. Remove from heat and top with lettuce and tomatoes.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard, then drizzle over tacos.
  8. Fold and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Cook on medium high heat for best crispiness
