- 500 grams ground beef
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium high heat until hot.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Lightly oil the skillet.
- Press a thin layer of seasoned beef onto one side of each tortilla.
- Place tortillas beef side down onto the skillet and cook until crispy, then flip and add cheese, cooking until melted.
- Remove from heat and top with lettuce and tomatoes.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard, then drizzle over tacos.
- Fold and serve immediately.
