- Cream cheese: 150 grams softened
- Fresh lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Fresh dill: 2 tablespoons finely chopped
- Fresh chives: 1 tablespoon finely chopped
- Black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground
- Cucumber: 1 small cucumber cut into thin strips
Instructions

- Lay the smoked salmon slices flat on a clean surface, slightly overlapping if necessary.
- Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each salmon slice.
- Place a few cucumber strips along one edge of each salmon slice.
- Carefully roll the salmon tightly starting from the cucumber side.
- Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving if desired.
Notes
- Use well chilled smoked salmon for easier rolling and cleaner slices.
- Let cream cheese soften slightly at room temperature before mixing for a smoother filling.
