Description

Soft and chewy S’mores Chocolate Chip Cookies with golden edges, gooey marshmallow pockets, graham cracker crumbs, and melty chocolate in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate pieces, chopped
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, chopped milk chocolate pieces, and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Scoop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart evenly.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are still soft.
  9. Press a few extra marshmallows or chocolate pieces on top while the cookies are still warm, if desired.
  10. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then serve warm or transfer to a rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Chill the dough for about 20 minutes before baking if you want thicker cookies.
  • Tuck most of the marshmallows into the dough to help prevent burning.
  • For the best texture, do not overbake. The centers should still look slightly soft when removed from the oven.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
