Description

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until slightly firm, then drain.
  4. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  5. Spread half of the cooked spaghetti in the dish, then add a layer of marinara sauce, followed by the ricotta mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining spaghetti and sauce.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
