Description

A bold and comforting ramen bowl loaded with spicy jalapenos, smoky sausage, and a rich fried egg, all tossed in a savory chili oil sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 200 grams sausage, sliced
  • 2 fresh jalapenos, sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
  4. Stir in diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped red bell pepper, cook until softened.
  5. Add sliced jalapenos and cook for another minute.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet, pour in soy sauce and chili oil, and toss until evenly coated and heated through.
  7. In a separate pan, fry the eggs until the whites are set and yolks remain runny.
  8. Serve noodles in bowls, top with fried egg, and enjoy immediately.
