These spicy noodles are packed with bold flavors and a satisfying heat. Tossed in a savory soy-sesame sauce with fresh garlic, ginger, and chili flakes, they’re the perfect quick and easy comfort meal.
Ingredients

- 200g dried noodles
- 1–2 tablespoons red chili flakes
- 2–3 stalks green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2–3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
- Heat a sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce mixture and red chili flakes. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly. Add pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Toss again to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Adjust chili flakes to control the spice level.
- Add vegetables or protein for a more complete meal.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
