Description

Sticky BBQ Corn Ribs are the ultimate finger-licking snack, combining smoky charred corn with a sweet and tangy barbecue glaze. Perfect for BBQs, parties, or a fun veggie twist on ribs.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob, quartered lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F or preheat grill to medium-high. Line a baking tray with parchment or foil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange corn ribs on tray or grill and brush with oil and spice mixture.
  4. Place ribs spaced apart and roast or grill for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Halfway through cooking, brush with half the BBQ sauce and honey mixture.
  6. Once cooked and curled, brush with remaining sauce and broil for 2–3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

  • Microwave corn briefly before cutting to make slicing easier.
  • Use a heavy chef’s knife for safe and effective slicing.
