Ingredients
- Extra-Firm Tofu: 14 oz, pressed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil: 2 teaspoons
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- Soy Sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Maple Syrup: 2 tablespoons
- Rice Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- Water: 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Seeds: 1 teaspoon, toasted
- Green Onions: 2 stalks, sliced thinly
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and prep a small bowl with cornstarch for coating tofu.
- Combine Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, water, and minced garlic to form the sticky sauce.
