Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté mushrooms and garlic in a bit of oil until golden and moisture has evaporated, about 6–8 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper. Fold in the mushroom mixture.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
  6. Sprinkle with additional parsley and serve warm with bread, crackers, or veggies.
