- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté mushrooms and garlic in a bit of oil until golden and moisture has evaporated, about 6–8 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper. Fold in the mushroom mixture.
- Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
- Sprinkle with additional parsley and serve warm with bread, crackers, or veggies.
