Description

A homemade version of the famous Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme packed with seasoned ground beef, creamy nacho cheese sauce, crunchy tostada shell, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream, all folded inside a toasted flour tortilla for the perfect mix of crunch and flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 crunchy tostada shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and a few tablespoons of water, then simmer until the beef is well coated and flavorful.
  4. Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  5. Add a portion of seasoned beef in the center of the tortilla.
  6. Drizzle nacho cheese sauce over the beef.
  7. Place one crunchy tostada shell on top of the cheese layer.
  8. Spread sour cream evenly over the tostada shell.
  9. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  10. Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center to form a sealed hexagon shape.
  11. Place the wrap seam side down in the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Flip and cook the other side until crisp and heated through.
  13. Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Warm tortillas slightly before folding so they become flexible and easier to seal.
  • Keep the tostada shell centered to ensure every bite has the signature crunch.
  • Cook seam side down first so the wrap seals properly.
  • Use medium heat to prevent the tortilla from burning before the inside warms.
